Meridiana Sport was born from the passion for sport of a group of friends, who wanted to join other similar realities already present in numerous airlines, in order to have, through sport, the opportunity to exchange, at all levels, with colleagues from all over the world.
The Alisarda Sports Group was founded in 1989, the year in which the first Alisarda Tournament was held in September.
From that moment on, the group began its adventure in tournaments all over the world, reserving the privilege of organising two each year, one in May and one in September, in beautiful Sardinia, a hospitable land by tradition and an ideal tourist attraction for people who, taking advantage of sport, enjoy its sun, its sea and its good food.
To all this, the Group, which in the meantime has become Meridiana Sport Club (1991), has tried to add passion, availability and the “desire” to be with others, which over the years has led the Meridiana Sport tournaments to become the destination of airline athletes not only from all over Italy and Europe but from all over the world.
Meridiana Sport also tries to bring its traditional cheerfulness, cheerfulness and sociability to its trips, and after more than 21 years of activity we can say that there are many friends of Meridiana Sport all over the world.
